  • This Tripel ale will grow hair in places you don’t want. Our Tripel is a golden colored ale that has a fruity spicy flavor that finishes a bit sweet. The Devil’s Tripel is light tasting from the addition of candy sugar. We add just the right amount of hops to balance out the sweetness.

 

HOGWILD INDIA PALE

  • A golden brew made with Pale Ale and Vienna malts.  A veritable fest of the big “C” hops. Chinook, Columbus, Cascade.  Dry hopped with Magnum, Williamette, and Amarillo.  A very hoppy and refreshing ale.

 

MADBEACH AMERICAN WHEAT

  • An American wheat beer brewed with half barley and half white wheat.  We also spice this beer with sweet orange peel.  A good drinking beer to quench your thirst during the boiling summer months.

 

Wide Open RED

  • A somewhat classic Irish Red Ale.  This ale is feisty and a bit hoppy.  There is a malty sweetness and a somewhat dry finish.  Traditional East Kent Goldings but with a nice touch of Cascade and dash of roasted barley give this ale a great taste. Plenty of crystal malt with some roasted barley.

 

BLACKMAMBA OATMEAL STOUT

  • This oatmeal stout has an explosion of flavor created by dark roasted grains, and a 2 row barley.   A full bodied oatmeal stout that has tastes of chocolate and a smoothness from the oatmeal.

  • A true American beer style.  Think back to the gold rush era and San Francisco.  Prospectors from all over the country descended on San Francisco and experienced a unique beer brewed there.  With cold air in the bay area the open cooling unfermented beer would have a dense cloud of fog hovering over it as it cooled on the brewery roof.  People thought the beer was steaming!  Thus the term steam beer!  This beer uses a lager yeast brewed at ale temperatures thus another possible root to the steam beer name.  The traditional recipe is dark crystal malt, Northern Brewer hops, and dry hopping with the same. Has a dark amber appearance and a spicy hop taste.

 

Cucumber Lime Saison Sour

  • A refreshing sour ale with hints of lime and cucumber.  Cloudy brew served best with chicken and fish.  This beer is brewed with fresh limes in the mash, wheat, barley, and crystal malts.  The secondary fermentation is done in foeders (big oak tanks) to add the character of wood and sour to the beer.  Once aged the beer is infused with fresh cucumber.  Great refreshing beer style best served with a lime on the rim of your beer glass!

  • A seasonal summer Belgian beer style produced with pilsner malt, mid-kilned malts, coriander and sweet orange peel. Saison de Aviator is an unfiltered golden colored ale, has high carbonation, and a fruity Trappist yeast.  Great beer to pick up your spirits after mowing the lawn or a hard days work in the old cube farm.

DOUBLE UGLY RYE PALE ALE

  • A rye beer…made with rye grain and rye crystal malt. We use a great mix of full flavor hops to create this amber rye pale ale. This beer will knock you down with all the hop flavor.

  • 7.2% alc/vol SRM: 16 IBU: 22
  • Our version of an Oktoberfest or Marzen style beer.  This is a beer that was usually brewed in March and aged cold over the summer months to serve in the fall.  It was usually a high gravity beer (strong in alcohol) to survive the long aging period. The beer has a higher hopping rate than most oktoberfest beers (cause we like hops).  It will make you want to wear lederhosen and listen to polka music.

  • Our pumpkin beer!  Made with real pumpkins. A fine ale made with dark malts and blended with fall spices.  The pumpkin is subtle, and complements the backend of the beer taste.  Look forward to the cool fall weather and party with the PumpkinBeast!

  • Our interpretation of a winter seasonal beer.  This beer will curl your toes and put goosebumps on your arms.  A fine collection of traditional winter spices make this a great addition to the holiday season…it will make all humbugs cheery.  The beer is dark in color…a bit darker than brown ale.  There is a combination of Perle and Willamette hops to provide a contrasting intensity with the fall spices.

STITCHBUSTER PALE ALE

  • Drink this beer while at the ball park or at least thinking abou the ball park while waiting for that stitchbuster homerun.  Plenty of Northwest hops and American grain are used to build this beer.  Cheers to baseball!

 

919 PALE ALE

  • 919 Pale Ale is brewed with North Carolina 6-row barley grown and malted in Pittsboro by FarmBoy Farms. This high quality grain comprises the base malt for this beer. We use generous amounts of Northern Brewer hops for flavor and bittering. We add another few pounds of Northern Brewer hops for dry hopping for further hop flavor. MCGRITTY’S SCOTCH ALE

  • The scotch ale is produced with the finest Maris Otter barley malt. We use the fine handcrafted Crisp malt from the UK as the base malt in this beer. Scotch ale would not be complete without the world renowned Weyerman cold smoked Bamberg malt additions. We also add roasted barley for color and Briess crystal malts for additional body. This easy drinking ale is true to style.

BONEHEAD INDIA BROWN

  • A Barrel Aged Russian Imperial Stout. Night Jump pours deep black with a dark roasted head of foam. Note the smell of the barrel and the full scent of the malts. There is a rich flavor complimented by the whiskey barrel aging and the cocoa nibs. We use more hops than the 18th century Brits did. Best if consumed after doing a night jump over enemy territory.

  • A Belgian Imperial Tripel. Brewed with pilsner and dark malts to create malty, rich, raisiny flavors. Fermented and then aged in our foeders for 3 months. Keep this beer for awhile and get some age on the beer. Will change and develop unique flavor over time.
